Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for tailored support to suit your individual goals, sessions are adapted to meet your needs, ability, and comfort level. With smaller class sizes and individual guidance, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a relaxed and supportive setting without feeling overwhelmed or overlooked.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Is Dru Yoga suitable for beginners?

Yes. Dru Yoga is ideal for beginners as well as those returning to exercise after a break. Sessions are adapted to your experience, fitness level, and any physical limitations, allowing you to progress at a pace that feels comfortable.

Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?

Not at all. One of the most common misconceptions about yoga is that you need to be flexible before you begin. Flexibility develops gradually through regular practice, and every movement can be adapted to suit your individual ability.

How many people are in a small group class?

Our small group sessions are intentionally kept small to provide a calm, supportive atmosphere and allow for more personalised guidance than larger studio classes.

Can Dru Yoga help with stress and anxiety?

Many people find Dru Yoga particularly beneficial for managing stress and anxiety. The combination of gentle movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques can help calm the nervous system and promote a greater sense of emotional wellbeing.
