About Wendy
Wendy is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and holistic practitioner based in Inverness. For over 22 years she has studied and practised a wide range of complementary and alternative therapies, including sports and remedial massage, foot health, ear care, cryotherapy, intravenous vitamin therapy, and post-operative recovery support.
Wendy offers her services either individually or as carefully tailored combinations, depending on the needs of each client. She is experienced in working with people living with complex health issues such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, cancer and neurological conditions, and is also available for private nursing support.
Alongside her clinical and holistic work, Wendy has extensive experience working with athletes. She has spent nine years working with a professional football team, in collaboration with physiotherapists and medical staff, and has supported a Camanachd Cup–winning shinty team and many other sports professionals with injury management and recovery.
Wendy provides treatments in clients’ homes, in care home settings, and in selected clinic locations, offering practical, accessible support for those who may find it difficult to travel.
Wendy is also a qualified Dru Yoga instructor and welcomes the opportunity to provide 1:1 Yoga and stretching to complement any of her treatments and therapies.
Wendy’s approach to client work
Her aim is to:
- Support comfort, function and recovery
- Promote relaxation and wellbeing
- Help clients understand their bodies and healing responses
- Provide clear aftercare advice and practical guidance
Wendy works in a respectful, person-centred way, taking time to listen to her clients and understand their goals.
